Every project should have an agreed scope, timeline, price, deliverables, and revision policy before implementation starts.
Content and approvals
The client is responsible for providing accurate text, images, documents, approvals, and access information required to complete the project.
Payments
Payment terms should be confirmed before work begins. Custom systems, dashboards, hosting, maintenance, and extra revisions may require separate quotations.
Third-party services
Hosting, domain registration, email services, analytics, APIs, payment gateways, and other external tools are subject to their own terms and fees.
Limitation
DIPEC aims to deliver professional and reliable work, but final responsibilities, compliance needs, hosting decisions, and data protection requirements must be reviewed by the client.
